6 chicken thighs
100 g raisins
150 g dried apricots
150 g prunes
100 g almonds
knob of butter
Spread cream on washed thighs and let them rest. Rinse apricots with warm water for desulfurization. Infuse almonds, peel and chop. Season the thighs with barbeque seasoning.
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onions. Then fry the thighs on this base, lay the fruit and almonds between them, baste with broth and bake until soft, basting occasionally. Serve with curry rice and salad.
PORK CHOPS WITH BACON AND ALMONDS
1 bunch of spring onions
4 tbsp tomato sauce
200 g bacon
4 tbsp mustard
4 pc pork chops
160 g salted almonds
Cut the bacon into strips, wash onions and cut them into strips, infuse and peel the almonds. Cut the chops around the perimeter, tenderize and season with salt. Fry the bacon in a pan, add onions, almonds and fry briefly. Put part of the bacon-almond mixture into a baking dish, cover with chops, drizzle with tomato sauce, mustard and cover again with the prepared mixture. Put in a preheated oven at 200 ° C and bake for 20 minutes. Then, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
