		OUR PHILOSOPHY IS THE QUALITY We take the liberty to introduce to you our products, as they are divided in our assortment catalogue into following groups:   DRIED FRUITS This section clearly presents exotic kinds of products and well-known, traditionally popular dried fruits. Fruits are dried naturally, some kinds of pineapple, mango, papaya, peaches and red pears are sugared, apricots are sulphured. As a direct sole importer we have managed to promote our requests on stable top quality goods. NUTS Typical products in this section are peanuts, pistachios, hazel nut kernels, almonds in various modifications and flavorings. Diana Company has acquired new direct suppliers of brazil nuts from Brazil and cashew nuts from Asia. Due to this fact the top quality of whole container shipments. All the goods have health certificates, including aflatoxin level tests. Increased attention is given to presentation of macadamia nuts and pine nut kernels, that have promising future and are popularized on our market. MIXTURES We offer two varieties of imported Japanese rice cracker mixtures, which differ  in   colors  and flavors.   We also produce our own mixtures ourselves,  such fruit Exotic Mixture, and nuts Diana Mixture. SEEDS From abroad we import quality blanched sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds, along with in-shell roasted salted pumpkinseeds. The assortment is completed with poppy and chick peas. COATED PRODUCTS We offer products coated in plain and milk chocolate, Bonnerex, yoghurt, caramel and carob, which are very popular in Europe. The principal components of coatings are whey powder, wheat flour, vegetable fat, dextrose, lecithin and starch. By adding further substances ( for example cocoa, yoghurt, carob powder, cocoa butter, etc. ) the appropriate color and flavor is reached. The top quality of coated products is guaranteed by certificates of the Rascal Confectionery (Sales) Ltd., the British producer. CANDY Our candies are popular and traditional  – we import various kinds of jellies and liquorices. We extended this assortment with caramel fudges of different flavors and various kinds of halva.
